Buffalo Chicken Dip Can Be Tasty?!?

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

    1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, boiled and shredded (about 2 cups)
    8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup ranch dressing
    1/2 to 3/4 cup hot sauce
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    In a large saucepan, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and cheddar cheese over low heat until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Stir in shredded chicken.

  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake until mixture is heated through, about 20 minutes. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles. Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips or crackers.

  • Recipe note:

    To make in a slow cooker: combine ingredients as directed above. Place mixture into small slow cooker. Cover pot. Heat on HIGH setting for 1 1/2 hours until hot and bubbly or on LOW setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Stir before serving.
