1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, boiled and shredded (about 2 cups)
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 to 3/4 cup hot sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large saucepan, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and cheddar cheese over low heat until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Stir in shredded chicken.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake until mixture is heated through, about 20 minutes. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles. Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips or crackers.
To make in a slow cooker: combine ingredients as directed above. Place mixture into small slow cooker. Cover pot. Heat on HIGH setting for 1 1/2 hours until hot and bubbly or on LOW setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Stir before serving.
