Biotin Is Magic !!
If you take biotin 10,000 mg a day (if it's a smaller amount than take a little more , you should be taking 10,000 mg a day) your nails will start growing like crazy . And they will be thicker and harder than they used to be . You just have to keep looking at your toenails and make sure they don't get too long lol
It's also great for your hair . I have very damaged hair from dying my hair all the time and my hair is also VERY thin .
