  • When cooking macaroni and cheese, if you overcook the noodles, it makes the consistency ruined and the flavor gross.

  • Stop cooking the mac n cheese right at the 7 minute mark. Drain the noodles immediately. The noodles may still be cooking in the strainer, so rinse them with cold water of necessary.

  • Warm the butter in the pot on the warm coil. Add the cheese packet and the noodles. Mix well before adding the milk so the cheese mixes evenly and without clumps. If the Mac n cheese is too cold, quickly bring to desired temp by cooking on coil, stirring constantly.

  • And for more salty/cheesy flavor, use less butter and milk. For more mild flavor, use more than the recommended butter and milk. Thanks! Enjoy!
