  • Make sure you have a playlist of upbeat, fun songs for a workout
    Make sure you have a playlist of upbeat, fun songs for a workout
  • Put your songs on shuffle and the first song that comes on stretch for the whole song! Make sure you stretch your calves and legs!

  • For the second song, plank as long as you can, take a short break and then keep going

  • For the third song that comes on, do squats the whole song with Dumbbells and try not to stop! It's best to push yourself

  • The forth song, do a wall sit and you can take breaks here too!

  • For the fifth song do calf raises! Make sure you stretched your calves!! It may hurt the next couple days if you don't! You can also take breaks if your calves start hurting

  • For your sixth song, freestyle it! Do crunches, push-ups, sit-ups, it doesn't matter! You can change between them too!

  • For your last song, just stretch, put lotion on your legs and relax!
