  • 3. Leggings- Easiest way to prevent SOME chaffing because it protects your skin. However, if you do lots of physical activity it doesn't always prevent all chaffing.

  • 2. Baby Powder- like it says on the bottle, baby powder will reduce moisture in the chaffing area and create less friction for your legs. It only lasts for a certain amount of time though, so you have to reapply every couple of hours.
