Best Ways To Prevent Chaffing!

Everybody has to deal with chaffing at some point! Here are my top 3 tried and true ways to stop chaffing in its tracks!
3. Leggings- Easiest way to prevent SOME chaffing because it protects your skin. However, if you do lots of physical activity it doesn't always prevent all chaffing.
2. Baby Powder- like it says on the bottle, baby powder will reduce moisture in the chaffing area and create less friction for your legs. It only lasts for a certain amount of time though, so you have to reapply every couple of hours.
1. Lanacane- The best way to prevent chaffing! Lanacane not only prevents chaffing, but heals it extremely fast as well. One day I was chaffing so bad I was bleeding, and Lanacane healed all of the redness and scanning in two days! I would recommend it to anyone!
