One of my first tips is to get a planner! This will help you stay organised with homework, exam dates and extra info!
Make a timetable!
Making a revision timetable helps plan out what you need to do. It will help you spread out work so you don't forget to do anything!
Make a calm playlist!
Calm music helps your mind and body focus on the actions you do. Music without words is best as it will not distract you from your work!
Get a study area!
And no, your bed is not an option! Working at a desk sets your mind to school mode so you have no temptations around you! Make sure this is kept organised and tidy!
Do bursts of 30/45 minutes revision and then a 10 minute break. This helps you focus for a good amount of time and still have a quick break!
While you revise, have healthy snacks and drinks handy! This will give you brain food and also stop you making excuses to have a break every 5 minutes!
Start your revision early, like months before the exam. This gives you more time to gain information and relax you and prepare you: go through notes after the lesson so you understand things as soon as you learn them, don't wait until its too late!
