Best Pasta Dish Ever!!

This has become my absolute favorite pasta dish. You'll never want to eat pasta any other way after you try this!
You will need:
2 tsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tblsp butter
salt and pepper
3-4 cups chicken stock
1/2 lb angel hair pasta
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tblsp fresh parley, chopped
In a large pot, add olive oil and garlic at medium heat. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
Mix in the butter until melted.
Add salt and pepper (I never measure), chicken stock, and noodles (you may have to break them to fit).
Bring it to a boil. Some recipes I've read say to boil it before adding the noodles. I find that this causes the chicken stock to evaporate too quickly for the noodles to cook. You may still end up needing to add some extra chicken stock or even water, this does NOT affect the taste.
Cook until noodles are tender.
Reduce stove to medium heat and mix in parmesan cheese until melted. Turn off heat and stir in cream and parsley.
If you want to kick up this dish you can add chicken. I used skinless, boneless chicken breast and pounded them (you can also use chicken pre-cut into strips).
Slice up some cheese of your choice and lay it on the chicken.
Roll up the chicken and hold it together with toothpicks.
Feel free to top it with some parmesan cheese and/or parsley.
Cooks in about 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your chicken pieces.
