  • INGREDIENTS:

    500gs (unkernelled) large porridge oats or oat bran

    500mls of low fat (full fat to your preference) natural yogurt

    Tsp baking soda

    METHOD:
    0. Preheat oven 185C while preparing.
    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Grease bread tin with low fat cooking spray.
    3. Place ingredients in tin (top with seeds, nuts anything you want to taste)
    4. Place in oven for 40 mins or until skewer cums out clean.

    Voila DELISH!!!

    For a treat you can use 3 bananas with 250mls yogurt and chocolate chips for yummy dessert bread, serve hot topped with yogurt and berries (longer in oven)
