Best Ever Easy Coconut Cream Pie!

  • Ingredients:

    3 cups half and half
    1/2 cup flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 pie crust
    1 cup shredded coconut
    Whip topping

  • 1. Place 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut on baking sheet and place at 350 degree oven (5-10 minutes until golden brown)

    2. Combine half and half, beaten egg, sugar and flour in a medium sauce pan

    3. Bring to boil at low heat, stirring continuously

    4. Take off heat an add 3/4 cup of toasted coconut

    5. Pour into pie crust and chill for at least 4 hours

    6. Spread whip topping on pie and add the rest of the toasted coconut to top

    7. Enjoy!
