Best Crock Pot Roast Around!!! And It's All You!

  • The first step is find the right size of roast for yourself. Bone in takes longer but bone out is usually ready in 3-4 hours. Bone in 6ish. Pick veggies of choice : suggestions :
    Carrots
    Onions
    Red skin potatoes
    Tomatoes
    Garlic!
    Celery.

  • The next step is to slice what you prefer in your roaster. I use a crockpot as it is cleaner over all. It's a gallon sized one so meat tends to be smaller but veggies and seasonings good!

  • Use your roast in first, the celery to your advantage with carrots an potatoes filling the sides. Add your water with whatever seasonings you feel right. I always add the basic lemon pepper and the maple flavored chicken broth flavor. This makes it juicy and a bit of a bite later on for aftertaste.

  • Cook at low for 3-4 hours boneless.
    Cook at low for 4.5 - 6 hours bone in.
    Continuously stir your mix and if you feel you're missing anything delicate... Add it! It's your desire!
