•1 (18.25 oz) package Devil's food cake mix (and the eggs, Oil and water it calls for)
•1/2 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
•1/2 cup caramel sauce
•1/4 cup chocolate syrup
•1 (8 ounce) container Cool-Whip, thawed
•3 chocolate covered toffee candy bars or chopped Snickers candy bars (I use the snicker's bars)
They cake according to package directions for a 9×13 baking dish. Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Using a fork, poke holes all over the cake. Pour the caramel sauce on the cake. Then pour only half can of sweetened condensed milk on cake. Chop up one of the candy bars, and sprinkle on top. Cover and then place cake in refrigerator. Chill for a few hours to cool completely. Remove cake from refrigerator, and spread the thawed cool-whip over the top. Chop up the remaining two candy bars, and then sprinkle evenly over the entire cake. Drizzle with chocolate and more caramel. Serve!
