  • First we need biscuits.. 
(You can use store-bought if you want)
2 cups flour 1 cup milk 1/3 cup shortening 1 Tbs baking powder 1 Tbs Sugar 1 Tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients together well & cut in shortening & stir until you have small clumps then slowly pour milk until it pulls from the bowl.

  • Sprinkle flour over counter or cutting board & kneed until not sticky then pat out into a circle about a inch thick. Take a cookie cutter or glass dipped in flour & place on non greased baking sheet

  • Place in oven at 425Β° and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown

  • While the biscuits cook.. 
Take any type of breakfast sausage that you prefer and begin to brown. Then add in some diced onions & a few cloves of garlic & finish with salt & pepper.

  • Then slowly pour in milk until it slightly covers the sausage. Turn heat down it tends to boil fast! Let it simmer for a few minutes. If it's too thick add more milk (it's always more easier to add in more milk rather then pouring too much in)
