My go-to detox mask has always been the all powerful bentonite clay mask. It’s one of the only masks I use that is somewhat uncomfortable to wear but it’s extraordinary benefits definitely outweigh any tightness or redness.

I usually whip up a batch when my skin is feeling particularly oily and just plain UGH. Immediately after washing the mask off I notice tighter, brighter, and oil free skin. The mask gets super tight when drying but the resulting redness eventually subsides and I’m left with soft, glowing skin! Bentonite Clay’s *Magical* Capabilities: Draws out impurities and toxins from the skin Exfoliates dead skin cells and remove flaky dry skin Repairs damage skin tissue and encourage skin wounds to heal faster Encourages blood flow to the skin Tones and tightens face Absorbs excess oil from the skin

To whip up a batch I mix a few spoonfuls of the bentonite clay with apple cider vinegar. I never measure; just mix enough of each until you have a yogurt like consistency.

I leave the mask on for a few hours or just until it is dry. I find that the best way to remove the mask is to apply a warm face cloth to my face for few minutes. Then, I use the face cloth to gently wipe away the clay.

Here are just a few of the many uses for this product: Oily Skin - removes excess oil from pores while also tightening the pores. This is used in most of your clay masks as well as acne treatments. Acne - put a dab of B- Clay mixed with water or cider vinegar on your pimple and leave on while you sleep. The pimple will have decreased or will be gone by the morning.

Clay Mask - to make a clay mask simply mix B-Clay Powder with water or apple cider vinegar and apply to face, let it dry then rinse it off with warm water. Your face will love you for it! It will be smoother, soft, tight and look much clearer. Skin Issues - Bentonite has been shown to work on viruses as well that are known to cause warts. Cover the warts with Bentonite Clay mixed with water, the bentonite will absorb the virus. Apply several times a day to completely get rid of the warts.

Body Tightening and Removing Toxins - Take a hot bath after pores have been opened rub B-Clay Powder mixed with water or Cider Vinegar to your skin, leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, rinse off with warm water (not hot). Your body will look and feel as though you just had a full day in the spa. Amazing, you will see and feel! Psoriasis and Eczema - mix Bentonite Clay with water or cider vinegar and leave on skin exactly as you would a Clay Mask, as shown above, and rinse with warm water.

Cellulite Wraps - B-Clay is the main component in Body Wraps which work when the clay is mixed with water or some other form of liquid and applied to the body, the body is then compressed with elastic compression wraps and left on for a certain amount of time, typically and hour, and then removed to show inch loss, detoxification, soft skin, tight skin and more as your result.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Do not let healing clays like Bentonite come in to contact with anything metal, is this will reduce the effectiveness.
