Beneficial Way To Freshen Breath (oil Pulling)

posted in Beauty
  • Coconut oil!
1 tablespoon of any kind of coconut oil
    Swish it in your mouth
    15 minutes. I know it's a long time but it's worth itđź‘Ť
    Brush your teeth afterwards

  • Benefits-
    •Whitens teeth
•freshens breath longer than regular mouth wash
    •kills bacteria
•loosens and or gets rid of mucus from a stuffy nose

  • Tips-

Swish the coconut oil every morning before you eat, drink, and or brush your teeth.

Try not to spit the coconut oil out in the sink because believe it or not oil hardens in cold water and cold pipes. This leads to clogged pipes. So spit it outside👌🏼

Oil pulling is a natural way to freshen breath vs. mouthwash
