This tip is a great way to end an active day!
If you do a main workout during the day and are looking to burn a few more calories after dinner before bed then this is a great tip for you.
I have recently just started my diet which consists of a work out DVD after a healthy lunch then a few extra excercises before bed. (its great to do a little extra if you can)
This is only a 20 minute workout before bed so worth that extra bit of effort.
I use this to start the workout! its such an easy workout and its a great way to get your body jump started ready for the rest of the workout (WHICH GETS A LITTLE HARDER)
LETS GET ON TO THE LAST 10 MINUTES OF THE WORKOUT
3 SETS / 30 REPS
3 SETS / 10 REPS
3 SETS/ 12 REPS
3 SETS / 20 REPS
Leg - Pull ins Knee Ups
3 SETS / 12 REPS
2 SETS (EACH LEG) / 10 REPS
2 SETS / 10 REPS
2 SETS / 30 SECONDS
WELL DONE! Trying to do this Workout every night or every other night along with your daily regime will defiantly have a positive effect on you! Try it out! if its challenging at first try reducing the sets and reps but go for it! its always worth the try!
