  • This tip is a great way to end an active day!

    If you do a main workout during the day and are looking to burn a few more calories after dinner before bed then this is a great tip for you.

    I have recently just started my diet which consists of a work out DVD after a healthy lunch then a few extra excercises before bed. (its great to do a little extra if you can)

    This is only a 20 minute workout before bed so worth that extra bit of effort.

  • I use this to start the workout! its such an easy workout and its a great way to get your body jump started ready for the rest of the workout (WHICH GETS A LITTLE HARDER)
