Beef & Alfredo Lasagna! by Beef & Alfredo Lasagna! This isn't a very good picture but I honestly could not take a picture of the entire casserole. This is the last slice! I'm proud to say my family devoured it! Ingredients Lasagna noodles Ground beef Alfredo sauce Shredded cheese mix of your choice Veggies of your choice I use broccoli or spinach For lasagna noodles: salt For ground beef: garlic salt and basil For sauce: butter, milk, salt if desired For cheese mixture: parsley fresh or driedIn a pot put 6cups of water to a rolling boil; add noodles and desired amount of salt for about 10 min or as box instructs until soft/manageable. While noodles soften, brown meat. Add garlic salt and basil while cooking. Sauté the veggies of your choice.Mix your choice of cheese with parsley. I usually do 1/3 cup parsley per every 2 cups cheese. Set aside about 1/2 cup for top layer. In a medium saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of butter. After it simmers add half of Alfredo sauce. Pour about 1/4 cup of milk into Alfredo sauce jar. Shake well then pour in pan. Wait for it to boil and thicken stirring constantly. Add salt if desired.Assemble! You can start with a layer of sauce it usually helps so the noodles don't get stuck to the casserole dish. Then keep doing layers of meat, veggies, sauce and cheese or whatever order you'd like. Top last layer with the cheese set aside. Bake for 20-45 minutes or until cheese is golden.
