I eat healthy, I exercise, but I also do herbalife. Why? With school, work and all other personal stuff time sometimes runs against me. A lot of ppl run to Dunkins, McDonalds, BurgerKing etc for a quick bite. It's better to have a quick and healthy herbalife shake. Not only that, but you save $$
With herbalife you can just have it incase you're running quick.... You just blend up a quick shake with many nutritional values.
Or you can you use it to lose weight.
If you cut down on calories and exercise you WILL lose weight.
Trick is to eat 5 meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks.
