  • Let's learn a few basketball drills. Not the NBA leveled ones, but ones that apply to everyone. Stay Tuned!

  • KNOW your plays! Now, they can be a bit tricky to understand.
TIP: remember where you are and what you do at all times! Don't focus on other movements but yourself.

  • KNOW where you're shooting! Good form and focus is key!
TIP: imagine your hand going into the rim while you're shooting. 99.9% of the time, it will go in.
B.E.E.F. = Bend, elbow, eyes, follow through

  • MAKE SURE you dribble the ball away! The only way to bring it down the court without throwing the ball!
TIP: keep one arm out, the one that's not dribbling, to prevent a steal from the other team. Keep your head up and ready to pass or shoot.

  • ALWAYS keep both arms out wide to block the offense player. Both arms should be waving around, an opportunity to steal.
TIP: call out "ball" really fast while shuffling around to scare the other team. It's worth it!

  • ALWAYS box out when in a defensive situation or need to be open for a pass. This helps for any type of game.
TIP: remember to keep both of your hands behind you to trap your opponent. Make sure to shove out your opponent with your back to keep them away from the ball.

  • KNOW all three of your passes. Over head pass, bounce pass, and chess pass. All three have features perfect for a sticky situation.
TIP: when you're passing, always use the necessary type of passing to your teammate. Make sure that you understand each and every pass!
