1 (3 ounce) package unflavored or banana-flavored gelatin

    1 cup boiling water

    3 ounces heavy cream

  • 2 ounces 99-proof banana liqueur

    1 ounce rum

Betty Crocker - yellow gel food color

  • INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin into hot water and whisk in the booze.

  • Quickly whisk in cream, banana liqueur, and rum.

Add food coloring and whisk until combined.

  • Use some yellow food colour to make them 'naner-bright.

  • To make these cuter than cute, use a food-safe banana silicone mold.

  • Spoon jelly mixture into banana-shaped molds, or pour into a parchment-lined 9x9-inch baking pan.

Refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours.

  • To remove bananas from the mold, gently pull the edges of the mold away from the jelly shot.

  • And place those cutie pies on a serving plate.
