  • Use a small plastic tub and fill it with a half and half mixture of apple cider vinegar and lukewarm water, enough to cover the effected areas of your feet. Soak your feet 2-3 times a week for 10-15 minutes at a time until your symptoms are relieved. Then reduce soaks to 1-2 times a month.
