1 small apple, peeled, cut into chunks
1 kiwifruit, peeled, cut into chunks
4 medium fresh strawberries
2/3 cup (150 mL) low fat strawberry yogurt
1/3 cup (75 mL) apple juiceIntructions
Step 1
In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Success : Three fruits plus low-fat yogurt make a tasty, energy-boosting drink for busy mornings, or any other time you need a quick pick-me-up. Keep strawberries fresh and flavourful by washing them gently just before you hull them.
