    Kale smoothie to boost energy/boost iron:
    1 cup kale
    1/2 cup spinach leaves
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 mango (or mango juice)
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp flaxseed
    1/4 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 avacado

    blend ingredients in blender.
