This is a really good way to kick off the new year if you are looking to lose weight or simply feel stronger or healthier. You could do this workout as often as you would feel comfortable with, whether that would be every day or once a week. Working out regularly and eating healthy foods such as fruit and veg can really help you to lose weight or to be healthier. Why not give it a try?
There is also a great app that you could try using, called "The 7 Minute Workout" where you work out every day for seven months and you will feel much healthier and stronger after doing so. You can listen to music while doing it too! If you miss a day working out, you will lose a heart (you get three hearts which regenerate every month, but you can buy more), so it really motivates you to keep working out!
