Always Tired? NO MORE... Drink This 🙌

  • Do you always wake up feeling like a zombie before school?

    Or do you fancy something healthy and quick to make?

    Or need an energy boost; Like now ??!!

    Or fancy something different for breakfast

    Drink this and I promise you be left feeling amazing

  • You'll Need:

    1) 1 whole chopped banana 🍌
    2) 2 Handfuls of frozen raspberries
    3) 1 handful of frozen cherries &/or black currents
    4) 4-5 tablespoons of Plain low fat yogurt
    5) 1 tablespoon of organic honey
    6) Any liquid of your choice
    Eg: orange, pineapple, milk, water etc

  • Add everything to the blender and blitz for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    If you want decorate nicely when done using fruits, cocktail umbrellas etc
