  • Things youll need:

    • Baby wipes (with absorbancy)

    • Ziploc bag(s)

    • Aloé vera (your choice)

  • Step one for body:

After gathering materials take out enough baby wipes to cover sunburn then double the amount.

    Step one for faces:

After gathering materials take out 1-4 baby wipes and rip into strips to fit face, however many baby wipes you used repeat this step so you have two sets.

  • Step two for body & faces:

Let the baby wipes dry until they are only barely wet, not damp. Mostly dry. Apply aloé vera on the baby wipes, spread evenly. Set to side.

  • Step three for body & faces:

Take ziploc baggies (amount of ziplocs depends on how big the sunburn is. If for face i reccomend 1 or 2) and fill a little bit with aloe vera, enough to cover bottom about 1 centimeter or 2 up. Put to the side.

  • Step four for body and face:

Take aloé strips and apply more aloé, should be close to first amount applied. Once again rub evenly around the wipe/strip.

  • Step five for body and faces:

Lay the bag down straight (so the word ziploc faces the ceiling or counter) and place wipes/strips in the aloé vera ziplocs. Dont fold the wipes/strips.

Let sit for at least 5 minutes or more.

  • Step six for body:

Depending on where the burn is, no matter what you will have to keep wipes/strips away from compression. For example

    If burns on back:

Lye on stomach and place wipes on back. Dont compress.

    Shoulders:

Stand/sit or lye down and have someone else place wipes on your shoulders. DONT COMPRESS!

    Step six for faces:

Lye down and apply aloè strips to face carefull to avoid eyes/nostrals/mouth. DO NOT COMPRESS!

  • Step seven for body and faces:

After a while depending on soak time and baby wipes) the aloé will either dry out or stop working which is why you have the second batch of face and body wipes/strips.

    Apply generously, no compressing!!!!

  • ENJOY! 😆

I got the idea from recently getting a bad painful sunburn, but by using these i feel some relief which is great. Depending on the person and severity of the burn will tell how the aloé wipes or face strips will react. To some it may be a great relief and to others they might not feel a thing. So good luck and happy relief!!!!! 😋
