Do you use acne reducing products as well as washing your face everyday but you still have acne? Honestly it may not be how well you're taking care of your face. Other things around you (in fact several) are also causing the acne to stay. Here is a couple tips on what they are and how to get rid of them.
Chips and other oily foods are one of the most obvious reasons.... However, there may be other food you haven't realized cause acne as well. Many flavored drinks such as Flavored sweet tea, soda, and smoothies (not the ones you would make at home with fruit). These drinks may be good but that is what's putting acne on your face. As well as flavored drinks, it's mainly because of the sugar. You may want to think about that as well before you grab a candy bar.
One of the main things that not a lot of people realize is that your pillowcases are loaded full of oils. This is from previous days when you put your face on them and rub oils that eventually come right back out onto your skin the next day. In this case, try changing your pillowcases around every 3-5 days. This will reduce the old oils coming back into your skin.
Hair is actually a major cause of acne. Usually if you haven't showered in a day is when it will take more effect. In this case, having your hair up at a hormonal stage or making sure you wash your hair and keep it out of your face will keep the skin cleaner.
Honestly you can do all of these tips and wash your face and use products. Sometimes you cant stop it. This is because you may be in the stage of puberty. But there are certain areas of the face that get acne for a reason.
