  • Do the plank for 69 seconds

  • Slide plank do this for 60 seconds and count each side

  • Do the v-sit for 60 seconds

  • Do crunches for 60 times

  • Do the Russian twist 60 times (count in doubles)

  • Do bicycles crunches for 60 times (count doubles )

  • Rest for a day then do all this 6 times a week
