  • Waking up earlier - This is one of the hardest, but best things to do every morning if you want to be successful (studies show the most successful people get up early!)

  • Drink water - drinking a lot of water is the best thing you can do for yourself. Drinking some right when you wake up will boost your metabolism and make you feel more energized.

  • Work out - working out when you get up increase your mental function, not to mention the awesome benefits to your physical health. This doesn't mean you need to burn 1000 calories every morning - just go for a jog, or do crunches, or even squats by the TV.

While you're getting ready, give yourself a pep talk. It sounds silly, but it will make you feel good.
