Legs up the wall: this pose eases tension from your legs and back. It's good for pms or jet lag to.
Leg reach pose: Just reach for your legs. If there is too much discomfort you can bend your knees. This move is relaxing and cooling.
Supine twist: best to do before getting out of bed in the morning. On your back, hug your knees to your chest. Hold your legs behind the knees and gently bring your knees to the bed on your right side. Look to the left. Repeat on the other side. This move awakens your spine.
Fish pose: another energizing one to do in the mornings. Bring your hands underneath your hips, lift your chest and stretch your head back.
Happy baby pose: put your legs in the air and hold the outside of your feet. Then gently bring them up to your chest. (it's okay if you don't look as cute as the picture). This move is to destress.
Child's pose: kneel on the mattress and allow your big toes to touch. Widen your knees as far as you comfortably can and lie down between your thighs. Stay in this pose for as long as you'd like- it's restorative.
Corpse pose: the easiest yoga position. Just lie on your back with your palms facing up. You're not supposed to be trying to sleep, just be aware or unaware. Restore and rejuvenate. Quiet your mind.
Pigeon pose: go on all fours and bring your right knee forward between your hands so it's resting on the bed. Make sure your left leg is in line with its own hip socket and your left foot is laying flat. Fold forward over your right knee. This pose is an intense leg stretch that will energize you.
