  • Having a fat day? Lay on your back and work it in good old (so good!) missionary position, says relationship expert Laurel House. When you're on your back, your fat all falls down onto the bed, pulling back from your thighs, stomach, and face. Your stomach flattens, your thighs seem slimmer, and your face seems slightly nipped and tucked!
