7 Ways To Look Rested When You’re Sleep Deprived
I’ve always been more of a night owl anyway. But over the years, I’ve learned how to fake the I got a full eight hours of sleep look.
Fix puffy eyes...the old school way!
Cucumbers and tea bags should be your best friends. If you don’t have cucumbers around, soak two tea bags (I always go for green tea) over your eyes and let them cool. Within about 15-20 minutes, you should see a difference in your no-sleep puffy eyes.
Put some color on your face.
If I don’t have time to put on any make-up, my golden rule is lip gloss or lipstick. Putting on a little color to your bare face instantly makes you look put together. If you’re feeling like you need a little more color, go for the bronzer!
Say NO to caffeine.
As crazy as it sounds, stay away from caffeine when you’re sleep deprived. Believe me, I’ve learned my lesson. Caffeine on top of sleep deprivation can be the worst mix! Instead reach for a bottle of water or fresh fruit.
Slab on the eye cream!

Add a few coats of lengthening mascara and no one will be looking at your dark circles.
Make dry shampoo your BFF.
