Walking as much as you can, eg; instead of talking the elevator you could walk or instead of taking the car you can walk (depending how far the journey is, you don't want to exhaust yourself).
Try to avoid sugar and hidden sugar, eat healthier.
Try to keep yourself from stress and anxiety,listen to your body and do the the things it tells you (if they are heathy and suitable) and don't push your body, get plenty of rest and make sure your getting afew days to pamper yourself ;)
Keep your meals small and healthy but not too small that your constantly hungry, commit yourself to training regularly at least twice a week. You need to make sure you are working out intensely with short burts of energy and lots of sweat💦
Visit a sauna regularly, they are really good for you and make you sweat if you aren't sweating enough😊
Scrub! Shower immediately after your worked out, sweat breeds and nasty bacteria can make you feel stale. Washing is a great way to get rid of bacteria build up.
