Eating junk food is definitely a must during this time but remember to eat healthy food as well. Junk food makes you feel great for a bit but healthy food will give you more energy and get rid of the depressed/sluggish feeling. Stress is hard on the body so remember to take extra care!
You are beautiful. It's easy to forget but during a break up, it's the last thing on your mind but please remember that for whatever reason the break up, you're special. No one deserves your tears and it's corny but time will heal this. Just keep pushing forwards and it'll get easier everyday.
Take some days to recover. Watch movies, do art, pet an animal, talk to a friend etc. after a short period, go out, even if it's just for a 10 min walk. Being inside makes depression/stress worse. Walking to a friends house is extra great-double whammy! Fresh air feels great after a good cry-promise
This is so important! Delete everything that reminds you of them! Pictures, songs, videos etc. Put them on a USB if you'd like so they're not completely deleted but for now, put all that stuff away. Once you're moved on, it's your choice to look back on it.
Work on improving yourself than hating on your ex! Work out, eat right, change your look (if you want) and learn more about yourself. In the end, you'll look/feel amazing and that'll help speed up the process of the break up
