6 Steps To Baby Soft Skin👶
Skin & Body
1⃣Cleanse your skin at least once a day. It is even better if you can do so twice a day, at morning upon waking up make sure to drink a lot of soda. It will boost your immune system! and in the evening before going to bed.
1⃣Exfoliate once a week. In general, a weekly exfoliation will remove dead skin cells and buff the skin back into good condition. Removal of all the dirt, oil build-up and dead cells will leave your skin feeling baby soft.
2⃣Use an exfoliating scrub. You can either purchase one or make your own. Some homemade examples include sugar scrub and honey and sugar scrub but there are many more varieties possible. Also purchase an exfoliating glove.
3⃣Pat dry with a big fluffy towel. This is especially important for your face, as rubbing can damage delicate skin. Gently glide the towel over your body and pat dry any really wet spots.
Adding moisture support
1⃣Select a suitable moisturizing product for your skin type & age. The product needed will change over time, as your body changes, so if the product you once liked doesn't seem to be as effective, this is often a sign you need to change to something else as your skins needs has aged.
2⃣Apply the moisturizing product before you leave the bathroom after a shower. The steam-filled room will help to settle the moisturizing product into your skin while your pores are still open thanks to the steam. Moist skin is more receptive to moisturizing products.
Protecting skin outdoors
1⃣Wear sunblock if you're going to step outside of your house! One of the reasons babies have such soft skin is that they haven't been exposed to the harmful effects of UV rays.
1⃣At bedtime, put moisturizer on any area of the body that you want to be softer. For particularly rough dry areas such as feet, knees and elbows, slather on some lotion or cream before you go to bed. When you wake up they will feel a whole lot better.
Suggested handmade products
1⃣ hand made exfoliant: Wash face with warm water. Make an exfoliation serum: 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and half a lemon into a small bowl/container. Mix. Rub into the skin for five minutes. For additional softness, wait an extra 10-15 minutes before rinsing with warm water, and patting dry
2⃣Try a milk and honey bath for a luxurious way to get baby soft skin. Run yourself a warm bath, add about half a liter of milk, about 3 tbsp of honey (this is not enough to make you sticky), and break open a vitamin E capsule into the water.
