6 Steps Or Less: Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers. Healthy!!

  • 1) Preheat oven to 375.
    2) Sauté 1lb ground turkey with onion, garlic, oregano and rosemary ( or your favorite spices).
    3) Add one package instant rice to mixture ( I like Uncle Bens 90 second instant wild rice) and 1/2 cup cheese ( I used reduced fat cheddar)

  • 4) Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.

  • 5) Stuff peppers with filling.

  • 6) Bake in oven for 35 mins or until peppers are tender and top is lightly browned.
