  •  Greek yogurt reduces inflammation and redness, while avocado and banana provide natural moisture.


  • 1/4 banana mashed

    1 teaspoon mashed avocado

    1 teaspoon Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt Plain

    1/8 teaspoon brewer’s yeast

    1/8 teaspoon coconut milk

    Purée banana and avocado, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Apply mask and leave on for up to 20 minutes. Rinse well.

    Pinch of cinnamon

    Mix half a can of pumpkin with the rest of the ingredients. Apply mask and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse well.

    1 rosehips tea bag

    2 teaspoons grated lemon rind

    Steep the tea in lightly boiling water for 15 minutes. Add the grated citrus and set aside for another 15 minutes. Pour into a jar, seal and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Strain and store your finished toner in the refrigerator. Dab on with a cotton ball after cleansing, or use as a post-cleanse facial splash.

    ½ cup raw honey

     Combine the oatmeal and warm water and allow the oatmeal to absorb the water. Add honey, mix, and apply the mixture. Leave on for up to 30 minutes. Rinse well.

    1 tablespoon plain yogurt

    Mix the powder and yogurt to create a paste. Apply a thin layer, leave on for 15 minutes, and rinse.
