  • Coffee Body Scrub
Who doesn’t love coffee? Very few people come to my mind. But coffee is good not only for your morning pick-me-up. This Coffee DIY body scrub exfoliates the skin, and the coffee grains help reduce the appearance of cellulite by plumping up your skin.
If you look at the ingredients in more expensive cellulite creams, you will notice that caffeine is one of the key ingredients. However, this is a much cheaper way to get rid of both dead skin cells and cellulite all in one.

  • Exfoliation is a good idea because it helps to get rid of those nasty dead skin cells. It keeps your skin happy and healthy. It is important to exfoliate at least once a week, more if your skin doesn’t have an adverse reaction to whichever DIY body scrubs you are using. Making your own body scrubs can save you a lot of time and money.

This delicious sugar scrub is like dessert for your skin! It beautifully exfoliates, smooths and moisturizes.
The heavenly combination of coffee, cocoa and cardamom feeds the senses and makes bath time a time to crave.

Using sugar as a scrub has incredible benefits. It helps the skin retain moisture, encourages cell regeneration which results in fresher, younger looking skin. It also helps to remove dead skin resulting in a healthy glow!

Coffee grounds are the perfect consistency for a great exfoliator, contain caffeic acid, which boosts collagen and the caffeine in coffee stimulates circulation, which leads to more radiant, glowing skin.

Cocoa Butter is high in antioxidants and can reduce the signs of aging and help reduce the appearance of scars. It's anti inflammatory properties are also known to help skin rashes, eczema and other irritations.

Coconut Oil is amazing as a base due to the high levels of saturated fats, lauric acid, and proteins, coconut oil not only keeps the skin soft, smooth and helps it retain its moisture, but also has strong disinfectant and antimicrobial properties as well as contributing to cellular health and tissue repair. It is simply nature's miracle.
