Most of use loves coffee but hear is 5 signs if you're having to much.
  • Having trouble sleeping (Did you know half of the caffeine you get at 10am can still be with you at 10pm?)
    2. Feeling nervous,restless,or irritable.
    3. Are having stomach problems or heart burn.
    4.Experience dizziness or feel shaky.
    5. Notice your heart racing orbeating uneven.

  • Tops to limit,or eliminate caffeine. The best wayto reduce your caffeine consumption depends on you:
•It you quit cold-turkey expect headaches, fatigue, and other unpleasantness. ( They'll go away after a few days)
•If you do it gradually: Start with one less caffeined drick a day.

  • •Stop drinking caffeine at noon ( This will probably help you sleep better too)
•Switch to decafe and you want notice the change as much.
•Replace coffee with a healthier alternative like water, green tea or black tea(it has half as much caffeine and it's both energizing and relaxing),

  • Thanks for flicking through. x🍮
