This is my personal experience as to my diets and how I shifted three stone!
The first tip is to completely cut out junk snacks and treats this includes excess eating of what you presume to be healthy! There is no point going on a diet when your still eating the same amounts of food just replacing it with fruit! This is because our stomach will not be able to shrink if we are still eating the same amounts of food, and therefore we will never be filled on smaller portions etc!
The second tip is replacing the right foods, this means that instead of eating bread and sandwiches go out and be exotic but keep in a minimal calorie range and try to avoid sweet and dairy products.
Also when a feeling of hunger strikes the best way to resolve this is by filling up on water, water is 0calories and will flush fats through your system and is also great for your skin therefore making you healthier over all. Water fills the stomach up without gaining more calories in your diet.
Bread is the best food to replace this is because it is high in carbs and fats.
The third tip for a successful diet is to maintain motivation, keeping inspiration and a goal in mind can help maintain motivation. This helps you to feel more comfortable with your diet because you know where it's going and can keep reviewing your inspiration in order to help you maintain your diet
The fourth tip is love yourself, if you don't love and accept yourself for who you are then you will loose the motivation skills required to loose weight this is because the sooner you accept your size and shape the sooner you will reach your targeted size and shape. This works because of how an individual feels comfortable with their diet and know what's what and where their coming from and too in the process!
The fifth tip is exercise, exercise is important because this is burning off the minimal calories and individual eats, this helps to lower fat and sugars put into the body and therefore contributes to weight loss. 15mins a day is an acceptable amount of exercise for beginners 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
