I am SUPER busy all year long. I cheer and run cross country during the fall, play basketball all winter, and run track in the spring. And I also have straight As. This will help you get the results you want as a student athlete.
1. Make time
It's easy to get home late and have to wake up early and just go to bed rather than study. But even if it means studying on the way to or from activities, it is worth it.
Your. Rain can't work when u r sleep deprived. So maybe studying on the way to events will help this too!
3. Don't cram
If you know a week ahead of time that you have something due or a test, don't wait until the last night. This will help with the previous tips
4. Apply yourself
Sometimes is is easy to just think about all of the things you are doing right and to just brush off schoolwork. But the first part of student athlete is student.
5. Don't goof in class
This is kinda hard not to do sometimes, but if you have a late night, I hope you will plan ahead and know that you won't wanna stay up and do it.
