5 Minute Healthy Frosting / Icing

  • Ingredients :

    - 1 cup of coconut butter
    - 2-3 tbsp of maple syrup
    - 1 tsp of ground vanilla beans
    - almond milk

  • Method:

    1. In a blender/food processor, blend together the coconut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth

    2. Add the almond, 1tbsp at a time, until the desired consistency is reached

    3. Frost your cake/cupcakes

  • Side notes:

    - vanilla extract can be used instead of ground vanilla beans (same amount), but the taste will differ slightly
    - or, you can used vanilla almond/soya milk

    - the frosting will harden in the fridge, so make before serving.
    - it will take about an hour for the frosting to become soft after being in the fridge
