  • Ingredients:
    2/3 cup butter (no substitutes)
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lbs. medium raw shrimp, shelled, devined
    Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes
    Total Time: 25 minutes
    Yield: 6 servings

  • PREPARATION

    Thaw shrimp if frozen. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine the butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, pepper, and salt in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until melted and blended. Remove from heat. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and gently stir the shrimp to make sure all are coated.
    Bake in 450 degrees F oven for 12 to 17 minutes or until the shrimp are pink, curled, and opaque. Serve immediately with noodles or rice.

    1 pound ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 (10-ounce) can condensed tomato soup
    2 (14-ounce) cans diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained
    2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1-3 teaspoons paprika, to taste
    1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    3/4 cup water
    3 cups rotini pasta
    1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley, if desired

    Cook Time: 25 minutes
    Total Time: 40 minutes

  • PREPARATION

    In very large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring to break up meat. Drain well.

    Add soup, diced tomatoes with their liquid, vinegar, sugar, paprika, marjoram, salt, pepper, and water and cook for 8-10 minutes until mixture starts to boil, stirring frequently.

    Add pasta and bring back to a simmer. Simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender, about 12-18 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if using, and serve.

    1 lb. spaghetti pasta
    8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
    4 egg yolks or 3 whole eggs
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes
    Total Time: 25 minutes

  • PREPARATION
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bacon in a heavy skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels. Set bacon aside. Set skillet aside; do not rinse or wash.
    Cook the pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, combine the egg yolks or whole eggs, cream, half the Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and pepper in a medium bowl and beat until well blended.
    When the pasta is cooked, drain, reserving about 1/3 cup cooking water, and immediately add to the skillet with the bacon drippings.

  • Stir in the egg mixture and toss thoroughly until combined. Add pasta cooking water as needed until a creamy sauce forms. Add the bacon and remaining cheese and toss again to coat. Serve immediately.

    5 cups coleslaw mix
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup buttermilk
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
    4 cups frozen steak-cut potato fries
    4 breaded frozen fish-stick portions
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes
    Total Time: 30 minutes

  • PREPARATION

    In large bowl, place coleslaw mix. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, and dill weed and blend well. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir to coat; cover and refrigerate.
    Preheat oven to 450°F. Place French fries on a cookie sheet and spread in an even layer. Arrange the fish fillets on the same pan and sprinkle with chili powder.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish and potatoes are golden brown and crisp. Serve with the coleslaw.

    2 cups chili sauce or cocktail sauce

  • PREPARATION

    Heat meatballs in oven as directed on package. Place in 3-4 quart crockpot. Mix jelly and chili sauce or cocktail sauce thoroughly, pour over meatballs, stir well, cover crockpot, and heat on high 1-2 hours until sauce is hot. Turn heat to low until ready to serve, stirring occasionally.
