  • Ingredients:

1 carrot, washed with top removed
water
1 tbs organic coconut oil
    Ingredients:

1 carrot, washed with top removed
    water
    1 tbs organic coconut oil
  • Chop the carrot into 5 chunks or more. Boil about 1 inch of water in a sauce pan. Add the carrots, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and steam for about 10 minutes. After draining the water, add the carrots to a food processor or blender. Add the coconut oil and blend until the puree becomes smooth. Apply the mask to your face, after having previously washed it with olive oil, avoiding the eyes and the mouth. Allow the mask to sink in for about 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. Instead of a moisturizer, finish off the process applying coconut/ olive oil to your face.

  • Ingredients:

2 tbs aloe vera gel
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbs runny honey
1 teaspoon almond or coconut oil
1 1/2 tbs dry oatmeal
    Ingredients:

    2 tbs aloe vera gel
    1/2 ripe avocado
    1 tbs runny honey
1 teaspoon almond or coconut oil
    1 1/2 tbs dry oatmeal
  • Start by cutting the avocado into tiny pieces, and mash them in a bowl, creating a smooth paste without lumps. If it’s easier, you can also puree the avocado using a food processor or a blender. Add the aloe vera gel, the runny honey (you get the runny consistency by heating the honey for a few seconds in the microwave), the coconut oil and oatmeal, and mix everything together. Apply the mask to your freshly washed skin, allowing it to sit for about 15 minutes. Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water and a warm washcloth. On your still-moist skin, apply your favorite moisturizer.

  • Ingredients:

2 large, fresh strawberries
1 cooked peach
1/2 ripe papaya
1 teaspoon organic honey
1 tbs oatmeal
    Ingredients:

    2 large, fresh strawberries
    1 cooked peach
    1/2 ripe papaya
    1 teaspoon organic honey
    1 tbs oatmeal
  • Place the strawberries, the peach, the papaya and the honey in a blender and mix until all the ingredients form a smooth paste. Stir in the one tablespoon of old fashioned oatmeal, adding a little at a time, until the ingredient blends well into the paste. Apply the face mask on the clean skin, using your fingertips to gently massage the paste in circular motions, and leave it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse the papaya and strawberry mask with lukewarm water and finish off by applying your everyday choice of moisturizer.

  • Ingredients:

2 tbs virgin coconut oil
1/2 of a small, ripe banana, mashed
3 drops of frankincense essential oil
    Ingredients:

    2 tbs virgin coconut oil
1/2 of a small, ripe banana, mashed
3 drops of frankincense essential oil
  • Using a fork or a spoon, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Use your fingertips to evenly apply the mask to a clean face. Rinse off after 20 minutes with warm water and a washcloth, followed by a cool water splash to close up your pores. Pat dry and moisturize.

  • Ingredients:

1/2 cup steel-cut oatmeal
juice from 1 whole orange
3 tbs plain yogurt (Greek yogurt is ideal)
2 tbs honey
2 teaspoons dried orange peel
    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup steel-cut oatmeal
    juice from 1 whole orange
3 tbs plain yogurt (Greek yogurt is ideal)
    2 tbs honey
    2 teaspoons dried orange peel
  • Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until you get a well-mixed, thick paste that will stay on your face. If the paste is too runny, you can always add extra oatmeal to thicken it up. Lay the mask onto your freshly washed and pat dried face in an even layer, being careful to avoid the eye area. Leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes, rinse the mask off with warm water and pat dry.
