This is the first way to do a back bend this one is for someone who has never done a backbend before
This is the second way to do a back this is for someone who has done a backbend but only the first way so this is the second step to get down into a backbend this way keep lowering yourself on the wall using your hands (please have a supervisor to help you get back up)
This is the 3rd way to do a backbend this is not recommended until you have at the least done the first one and Make sure ur partner is very sturdy (safer way would for your partner to be on their knees.
This is the 4th way this way takes quit a bit of practice and self trust you have to have sturdy arms and plenty of room and someone to supervise at all times (warning you can get a concussion or broken/sprained arm from this) please be very careful doing so and make sure you stretch first
