Drink a glass of water with every meal. This is good for you because your drinking water, the water fills you up so you don't have to eat as much, and the water will help you digest your food better.🌊
We have all been there where we go to our fav restaurant and we are so full, but want to try the desert and everything else because it taste so good. But, instead of forcing your self to eat food when your full, you can take a to-go box. And if restaurants don't allow you to take your food to-go, you can always come back another time.
