4 Exercises To Get A Beach Body Fast

Do 50 sit ups.
-Have your knees bent and keep your feet and heels flat on the floor.
-have hands behind your head and lift until you are about 30 degrees off the floor.
-hold for a few seconds and lower yourself back down.
Do 65 crunches
-place your hands behind your head and curl up forward so that your head and shoulder blades lift off the floor.
-hold a few seconds and then gently go back down.
Do 40 leg raises
-lay flat on your back and put your hands by your side for full support.
-flex your hips and keeping your legs straight, raise you legs towards the ceiling.
-pause for a second and lower legs down slowly.
Do a plank for 50 seconds
-your elbows should be directly beneath your shoulders.
-your body should form a straight line from your head to your feet.
To get a beach body quickly for your holidays, do these exercises regularly. Start off by doing them 3 times a week and then gradually work your way up to do it every day. However when you do it every day, make sure there is a rest every 4 days. They really do work! 😄
