Take your favorite fruit, dice and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours. I find this works best with bananas; especially if you're working out a lot, bananas are high in potassium and will help disperse lactic acid in muscles.
Use 1/2 - 1 cup of Silk Almond Milk. Regular milk can be used. Silk has a natural sweetness and loads of added nutritional value (added protein and fiber, less sugar and 50% more calcium than regular milk). Use amount depending on desired thickness
Blend frozen fruit and Silk milk until desired thickness is reached. Enjoy immediately!
