  • Step 1) Go on a 30 day "no soda cleanse"
    Step 2) Drink a lot of homemade flavored water. My favorite recipe is:

    1-2 liters of water
    3 sliced strawberries
    1 mint leaf
    1/2 sliced cucumber
    1/2 sliced lemon

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. You can also use carbonated water if you like.

    Step 3) Eat 4-5 servings of fruit daily.

    Step 4) Eat 2-3 servings of vegetables daily.

    Step 5) Try positive visualization. Every night before bed, close your eyes and imagine yourself on the beach looking HOT!
