Do mountain climbers for 5 minutes you can use a chair,floor, and even a table whatever is easier for you
Basically if your not used to squats it will hurt but squats help for weight loss and squatting can make your butt bigger I'll listen to music while I'm doing these workouts and you can really feel your core is starting to develop to the point that it starts to hurt and sometimes I'll repeat this for another 30 minutes to make it an hour I burn about 600-800 calories but that's for me it really depends on how skinny or larger you are the larger the more calories your burn the skinnier the less calories you burn
