This workout is a little challenging but nothing u can't handle!
You follow these workouts for 4 weeks:
-Day 1 workout
-Day 2 workout
-Day 3 rest
-Day 4 workout
-Day 5 workout
-Day 6 rest
-Day 7 workout
If your a beginner repeat 1x
If your intermediate repeat 2x
If your advanced repeat 3-4x
You will need some equipment for these workouts:
On day 1 you'll need a lateral resistance band
On day 2 you'll need ankle weights and a dumbbell
On day 4 you'll need a lateral resistance band and a dumbbell
On day 5 you'll need ankle weights and lateral resistance band
On day 7 you'll need all 3
Follow this for 4 weeks and watch ur booty transform!
Of course eat clean and incorporate cardio and abs and hiit workouts too, you can't just focus on one muscle group!
I'm using a pair of 20 lb ankle weights and a 15 lb dumbbell like she uses in the video but you can use whatever you like that challenges you without hurting yourself. Remember to always be safe!
